WILsquare Capital Announces Promotions of Jack Randazzo and Heather Lewis

WILsquare Capital, a lower-middle market St. Louis-based private equity firm, is proud to announce the promotions of Jack Randazzo to Managing Director and Heather Lewis to Vice President of Business Development.

Since joining WILsquare as a Senior Associate nine years ago, Jack has consistently exhibited an unparalleled commitment to growth and driving value for both the Firm and its portfolio companies. His ability to navigate complex transactions, work with leadership teams in managing portfolio company investments, and establish himself as a respected leader within the industry and the Firm is distinguishable. In his new role, Jack will continue to spearhead investment strategies, further work to elevate the growth and performance of portfolio companies, and be an integral leader in driving the continued growth and success of WILsquare Capital and its partners.

“Nine years ago, Jack was the first employee of WILsquare Capital when Jamie Wilmsen and I founded the firm,” said Bill Willhite, Managing Partner at WILsquare Capital. “Our success and longevity can be directly tied to the quality of people within the organization.  Jack’s development and leadership has been a key factor in that success.  This promotion rewards Jack for his past accomplishments, but more importantly, recognizes Jack’s leadership within the Firm and industry going forward.”

Incredibly passionate for the WILsquare Capital brand and its purpose, Heather has worked tirelessly to cultivate trusted relationships with investors, lenders, intermediaries, and business owners. She has led numerous successful initiatives that deepened the Firm’s presence in the lower-middle market while advancing and elevating the business development function of WILsquare Capital. In her new role, she will continue to lead the Firm’s business development endeavors, fostering relationships, and actively participating in investment committee meetings, while playing a crucial role in continuing to build the WILsquare Capital brand within the lower-middle market.

“Heather joined WILsquare Capital over four years ago to support Business Development and Deal Origination efforts. During those four years, Heather has elevated her role and been recognized throughout the industry and within the Firm for her efforts in building the WILsquare Capital reputation,” said Bill Willhite, Managing Partner at WILsquare Capital.  “In this new position, Heather will continue to lead these efforts and build upon her impressive standing and recognition within the industry and as a leader within our Firm.”
