Jack brings a strong analytical and financial background rooted in the understanding of risks and opportunities facing lower-middle market businesses, their management teams and owners. His experience includes underwriting for mergers and acquisitions, company performance monitoring, extensive financial modeling and auditing of public and non-public companies.

Prior to joining WILsquare in 2015, Jack was with US Bank’s Sponsor Finance Group where he participated in financings for Private Equity acquisitions, interacted with private business owners and evaluated numerous lower-middle market companies seeking growth capital or owner transition. Jack began his career at KPMG in the Audit and Assurance group.

Jack received his Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Truman State University, where he was a four year starter and captain of the soccer team. Jack is a Certified Public Accountant (non-active).
