WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of Andrew Scharf to Director, Matt Page to Senior Associate, and Heather Lewis to Business Development Senior Associate.
Andrew joined WILsquare as Vice President in 2018 and continues to be an essential member of the WILsquare team. Upon joining WILsquare, Andrew’s understanding of the lower-middle market and previous transaction experience allowed him to quickly contribute to the growth of the firm and the success of our portfolio companies. As a Director, Andrew will continue his roles of initiating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and working with portfolio company management teams to evaluate and execute growth initiatives. In the community, Andrew serves on The Muny Young Friends Council and contributes time and resources to his alma mater, Tulane University.

Matt joined WILsquare nearly five years ago in 2017 as an Analyst upon graduation with a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in Finance and Accounting. Since joining WILsquare, Matt has been committed to the growth of the firm, our team, and operating companies as he continues to grow and develop as an investment professional. Most recently, Matt was named to the ACG ST. Louis Chapter Emerging 20 program for emerging young professionals within the M&A community. As a Senior Associate, Matt will continue to focus on evaluating growth initiatives in operating companies, due diligence on acquisition opportunities, and financial analysis and modeling.

Since joining WILsquare in 2019, Heather has brought a unique perspective of creativity and innovation to the Business Development role. Her experience within multi-channel marketing programs, digital marketing, public relations, and event planning has led her to be an integral part of growing deal origination while creating and maintaining external relationships within the M&A community.
