WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Randazzo to Director.
Jack joined WILsquare as a Senior Associate in 2015 upon the Firm’s founding and was promoted to Vice President in 2017. As a Director, Jack will continue to develop WILsquare’s trusted-partner status with investors, lenders, intermediaries, and portfolio companies. His strong understanding of the opportunities lower-middle market businesses, management teams and owners encounter has allowed him to excel as a professional within the Firm.
